Our clients are full-blown rock stars who come from a variety of backgrounds including strength & conditioning, figure competitions, bodybuilding and many more. We pride ourselves on having incredibly high-caliber coaches.
Before I started my health journey with Pride Fitness I considered myself to be fairly fit after all I was working out daily, however I was not seeing the results I wanted and had gained about 10 pounds that I couldn’t get rid of. Just for reference I am 4ft 11, 43 years old so every pound shows.
When I first heard about Greg I was vacationing with a friend whom I haven’t seen in a year and her body was absolutely amazing. I knew that was a lot of hard work just by looking at how fit she was. I asked her what she was doing and she told me about this guy she hired to help her go to the next fitness level. I was super impressed however I had never thought I needed a trainer.
As the week went by and the more questions I asked I finally called Greg to see if this was something for me.

Greg has taught me so much about nutrition, my eating habits and the importance of water, sleep, etc. turns out I wasn’t eating enough and definitely wasn’t eating the right foods to fuel my body and see the results I wanted. Between the meal plans the workouts and the support I feel and look the best I have ever been.
Greg tailors my plan to fit my life style and ensures to make adjustments as needed such as the many times I go on vacations and need help adjusting to eating out without disrupting my hard work.
I would highly encourage anyone thinking about having a healthy life losing weight getting in shape elevating their fitness to give Greg a call and listen to what he can do for you. You will not regret it.
Time to invest in yourself and start looking and feeling your absolute best so glad I did.

Greg has been a huge part of my life for the past 5 months. I went to him with no drive and no knowledge on how to succeed and become who I wanted to be. I had a poor diet and work ethic which led to being overweight and anxiety ridden. So I set up a meeting and a workout session. I have been working with Coach Greg for about 7 months now remotely and his attentiveness and responsiveness has been phenomenal. He coaches you at the level you are at and pushes you to the next. He is patient and understanding but challenges you. He is extremely knowledgeable about the body and about what you need to do to get your body working for you again. Prior to joining the Pride Fitness family, what I thought was proper training and diet turned out to be all wrong. The wealth of knowledge that is given and the availability of the team is bar none. Prior to joining Pride Fitness I had been working for several years towards achieving my fitness and nutrition goals and was having a hard time meeting my goals. Since working with Greg I have be able to learn to nourish my body with the most nutritious foods and the highest volume of food I have ever consumed. My workouts now are a strategic plan with progressive overload thanks to following his plan. I am working out less days per week and embracing the concept of rest days. Where do I start? I have been working with Coach Greg for about 2 months. When I first reached out to Coach Greg, I knew he was the Coach for me in this season of my growth. I saw his client Dees progress and I was inspired. What I needed most was a Coach in my corner who can not only help me and equip me with knowledge, but to hold me accountable.
