With a NASM Certification in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching, Greg blends expertise with a relentless commitment to excellence, ensuring every client receives a customized approach tailored to their goals.

Farrah Teal - PFN Head Coach

With over a decade immersed in fitness and bodybuilding, Farrah is here to help you stop chasing elusive goals and start seeing real, sustainable results. As a former powerlifting and bodybuilding competitor, Farrah brings both personal experience and a deep understanding of body transformation to her coaching.

Farrahs’ approach is rooted in Education and Building Relationships. Farrah believes in empowering you with the knowledge to understand the “why” behind each plan. By teaching proper nutrition and training techniques, Farrah will help you develop a physique that’s both healthy and sustainable. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution in fitness, which is why Farah will customize your nutrition and training to match your unique needs and lifestyle.

Daphne Mollod is a dedicated NASM-certified personal trainer at Pride Fitness and Nutrition with a mission to inspire every client to develop a love for fitness. Drawing on her background as a college athlete with the Skidmore College Equestrian Team and her expertise in bodybuilding-style training, Daphne provides a balanced, empowering approach to help clients reach their goals.

Daphne’s journey began at age 17 when her mother introduced her to the gym to build confidence—a transformative experience that she now brings to her clients. Her coaching focuses on:

April Young - PFN Coach

Specialties: NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), NASM Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC)

April Young is a dedicated coach at Pride Fitness and Nutrition with a decade of experience in fitness and competition. She’s been competing in the figure division since 2010, earned her pro card in 2013, and has competed in renowned organizations like OCB, WNBF, and NPC.

Coaching Expertise

April has been coaching clients in bikini, figure, and wellness divisions since 2017. As a posing coach, she prepares clients to feel stage-ready and confident in each division. Her coaching style emphasizes:

  • Lifestyle Coaching: Developing individualized meal plans and workout routines. 
  • Macro Education: Teaching clients how to understand and track macros for optimal nutrition.

Personal Passion

Living the bodybuilding lifestyle daily, April’s mission is to help clients become the best version of themselves, inspiring them to believe they can achieve anything they set their minds to. Residing in Florida, she enjoys spending time outdoors at the springs and beaches when she’s not in the gym.

April’s commitment to personalized coaching and holistic wellness makes her an invaluable part of the PFN team, helping clients achieve their goals and transform their lives.

Emily Brooks - PFN Coach

Certifications: NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Certified Nutrition Coach; Physique Transformation, Lifestyle, Wellness, and Health

Emily Brooks brings a unique blend of knowledge and enthusiasm to Pride Fitness and Nutrition, with NASM certifications in personal training and nutrition. Known for her focus on well-balanced diets, effective supplement use, and the latest nutrition trends, Emily is dedicated to helping PFN clients achieve sustainable, balanced results under the mentorship of Greg Bentley.

Coaching Expertise

With hands-on experience as an assistant to the head strength and conditioning coach at Siena College, Emily has supported Division 1 athletes in sports like basketball and lacrosse, emphasizing plyometrics and power training to boost athletic performance. Her expertise includes:

  • Balanced Nutrition: Teaching clients to adopt sustainable and well-rounded dietary habits that align with their fitness goals.
  • Athletic Training: Crafting personalized training plans that enhance power, strength, and functional performance.

Personal Passion

As an OCB bikini competitor and biology student, Emily brings a deep understanding of the discipline and science behind fitness. Her research on anti-inflammatory properties in natural foods complements her fitness and nutrition guidance, offering clients a well-rounded approach to wellness. Emily is passionate about empowering clients to reach their full potential, whether they’re new to fitness or aiming to elevate their performance.
