• All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• PFN reserves the right to adjust pricing, fees, or terms for any service or product at any time.
• Subscriptions for coaching or memberships will auto-renew unless canceled.
• Refunds: PFN does not offer refunds for services rendered. Refunds for meal prep orders are only available if the product has not been prepared or delivered and cancellation is made within the stated time frame.

• Compliance: Users must follow all provided guidelines, plans, or instructions and use services responsibly. PFN is not liable for misuse of services or products.
• Medical Disclaimer: Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program. PFN services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate information when signing up for services or purchasing products. PFN is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by users.

• Coaching and Membership Plans: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
• Meal Prep Orders: Cancellations for meal prep orders must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled preparation or delivery.
