My name is Greg and I am a passionate nutritionist and personal trainer. I like to use scientific based approaches to nutrition and training in order to help my clients achieve their goals. 

I have been training now for about 15 years without seeing much change to body composition during that time. Four years ago, things changed when I started learning the importance of proper nutrition and a well-designed training regimen through extensive course work with NASM, Precision Nutrition, J3 University and Clean Heath Nutrition.  When I started taking training and nutrition seriously, I was able to change my physique with the foods I ate and the training plans I designed.  Now, I want to share that knowledge with YOU and get you in the best shape and health of your life!

I believe in creating a positive mindset, setting realistic goals for my clients, and taking a no-BS approach to fad diets. Remember the physique you have today took years, so thinking a 30-day program will change that is not realistic. I will get you to reach your goals, but you have to realize it will take time and effort to lose the weight and keep it off!   My goal is for my clients to eat real foods from a well-balanced diet while reaching their goals – whether it be fat loss, body recomposition, muscle gain or just living a healthier lifestyle!
