She has been competing in the figure division since 2010 and won her pro card in 2013. April has competed in renowned organizations such as OCB, WNBF, and NPC.

April has been coaching competition clients in bikini, figure, and wellness divisions since 2017. Her expertise also includes posing coaching for each division, ensuring her clients are stage-ready and confident.

Daphne’s fitness journey began at age 17 when her mother first introduced her to the gym to help build her confidence. This experience transformed Daphne’s life, and she has never looked back. Now, she is committed to empowering her clients by instilling the same confidence and self-assurance that fitness has given her.

Daphne believes that truly listening to and connecting with clients is key to a successful training relationship. She treats every client with the utmost care and compassion, ensuring that their unique needs and goals are met. Emily Brooks

Say hello to Emily Brooks, our newest and enthusiastic coach at Pride Fitness and Nutrition. Kicking things off, Emily is freshly certified as a NASM personal trainer and a nutrition coach, diving into the world of fitness with a keen interest in supplements, the latest in diet trends, and a particular focus on plant-based nutrition. Guided by the experienced Greg Bentley, Emily is eager to apply her knowledge and passion to help others on their fitness journey.

At Siena College, Emily has been making strides as an assistant to the head strength and conditioning coach, supporting Division 1 athletes across a variety of sports. Her work here, especially with teams from basketball to lacrosse, has given her a solid foundation in creating effective training programs that emphasize plyometrics and power training, geared towards enhancing athletic performance.

Emily’s approach to fitness and nutrition is deeply personal. As an OCB bikini competitor, she understands the dedication and tailored strategies required to achieve physical goals. Her philosophy is all about personalization: recognizing that each individual’s journey is unique, whether you’re starting from scratch or aiming to elevate your performance.

Emily is also a passionate biology student, delving into natural product chemistry with a focus on the anti-inflammatory properties of everyday foods. This academic pursuit complements her fitness and nutrition guidance, offering a well-rounded perspective on achieving wellness through a balanced lifestyle.
